If you are visiting Clarke Quay, Singapore, check out the view from the car park located from the fifth floor of “The Central” (a new mall above the Clarke Quay MRT station). Beware, though. Driving up to the car park could be a harrowing experience. It’s a tight continuous counter-clockwise turn, up the building. Not for those who got dizzy just from one 360 degree turn.
