I got a call from Singnet customer service officer, informing that they have fixed the problem. Singnet users should now be able to access this website without any need to use the Singnet proxy.
However, I am not in a Singnet network right now and have not test whether the problem is fully solved. I will update again in a few hours, when I got a chance to do some “stress testing”.
