After testing this website thoroughly from a Singnet network, I am now comfortable to declare the problem fixed. The page load times are noticeably faster. There is also no more blank page or “connection reset by server” problem.
Kudos to Singnet for their responsiveness in solving this problem. I have been contemplating a new subscription to mobile broadband service. Singtel mobile broadband plan is now at a higher priority in my list of alternatives.
