No update from Singnet

As of this post, there has been no update from Singnet about the problem.

However, they are still working on it (I hope). On Saturday evening, I got a call from their customer service officer to provide a tracepath output (tracert for those of you familiar with Windows). It was the Singapore National Day, so I really appreciate they were working on it during an important holiday.
